Times are getting tough, and the academic year is drawing to a close, and I have been reflecting on how my students will do when they embark on setting up their businesses and selling their work in this current climate, and due to this, I have decided to adjust the prices of my work! I feel that it is important during these to support those who are still buying handmade, as it is you who will in turn support all of those fantastic designers and makers who begin their careers this year. I have dropped my prices considerably, and some items have had upto 50% cut off ( rosey pendant above).
I will also be adding more earrings and studs to my shop withing the next 2 weeks so that those of you who like to buy my necklaces can see if you can find the earrings to match!! and the style above will be set at £15.
I will be very busy making over the next few weeks as the wedding season is fast approaching, and cufflink orders are flooding in, and I have also been making stacks of sumptuous jewellery wraps to store jewellery in! I always take on when im travelling, otherwise my earrings always get seperated, and I can't tell you how much I hate that!! I shall be posting them soon, as there will be a range of these wraps and bags to acompany the wedding range, and they have been made from some gorgeous Duponi Silk!!! mmmmm!
I am going for a much needed glass of wine after a hard days work! I would love to hear your comments and thank you all for supporting handmade goods, it makes me feel optomistic about our futures!!
